• Answer:

       1 PZ0068 have to enter the video signal, then you could have picture on screen. If there is no signal input, then it will have a black screen. So pls connect the camera  and see if you could get the picture.

 
       2. Maybe the power adapter you used is not suitable to it. Pls use the power adapter which is DC12V and inner diameter is 2.1mm

       3. If you tried the above two steps and no improvement could be made, then the item probably is broken and we will arrange the replacement to you.

• Q: Does this come with an AC adapter for power?

• A: This item does not come with an AC adapter, in general, you can get power from the car.But, if you need one, we recommend this for you:PJ0005
