DVR card arrived in time, within 3 weeks. Well packed, worked well with my win7 computer.

I bought this product because it was motion record activated. And was very frustrated that it did not work. The timed recording works very well and the picture quality ect is good. Product is let down by very poor support.

You can change the setting in the software from CIF to D1 but the picture quality doesn't change.
Even after stoping and starting the Cam, the picture quality remains very low resolotion.

Please adjust the record resolution when record stops.
Please pay attention, set record resolution to specified channel, if you want to set resolution to CH 1, can not set to CH2. That would be invalid.
After setting it as D1 record resolution, please shut iSee software and run it again.
