I was sent $15 compensation as we were never able to resolve the distorted picture problem. A shame, without the fuzz this would be a great monitor.

Good but some distortion with VGA

The screen is good, but I do get some wavey lines on the blacks. I think it's down to the VGA cable not being shielded enough.

In regard to your problem, it might caused by:
a. loose connection of the signal wire connected between the host and the monitor.
b. inappropriate setting of resolution and refreshing frequency. Please set up the output resolution of the host.
c. magnetic interference, such as mobile phone, audio equipment, etc.
Please kindly have a check for the above likely reasons.
