  1. Get your IP camera a position on internet. Done router setting and the mapping of interface, or set your IP camera as DMZ server on router. You can find detail information in the router manual.
  2. Get access to the IP camera from another computer by internet (not LAN). If you can view any image on internet, then you might view the image by mobile phone. If not, please follow our manual instruction and reset the router. Set DMZ server of router according to the router manual.
